19 Kailali people missing since devastation restore communication with families

Dhangadhi, Aug 29: The District Administration Office, Kailali has said 19 out of 82 persons who had gone missing since the August 26 Bhotekoshi flash flood have been able to establish communications with families and authorities.

Chief district officer in Kailali, Hiralal Regmi, informed that 63 others were still unaccounted for since the devastation. Anyone finding those gone out of contact could share information at district authority’s emergency operation centre (phone 091-51705) or in the nearby police office, he requested.
