Iran's Foreign Minister States War Will Not End Without Lebanon's Resolution

Tehran. Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that the war between America-Israel and Iran will not end completely until it is resolved in Lebanon. In an interview with Arab media Al Mayadeen, Araghchi clarified Iran's stance on a ceasefire, saying, 'Our stance on ceasefire is the same, and our stance on ending the war is also the same.' According to him, any ceasefire agreement with Iran must also include the situation in Lebanon.

Iran has previously stated that a ceasefire without the inclusion of Lebanon is unacceptable. According to analysts, this stance could complicate the ongoing diplomatic talks between America and Iran. Araghchi also said that ending the war means the Israeli army must withdraw from Lebanon. Israel has been conducting military operations against Iran-backed Hezbollah since early March.
