Kathmandu. Police have arrested the accused involved in the murder of Nisha Sunuwar, who was found dead in a guest house in Kathmandu's New Buspark. The 25-year-old Sunuwar was found dead in the guest house room on Asar 3. Ramesh Buda, originally from Dailekh, has been arrested on suspicion of her murder, SSP Dilip Ghimire of Kathmandu told Ratopati. Police investigation concludes that the accused murdered Sunuwar, who lived in Machhapokhari and was from Dhangadhi Municipality Ward No.-7 in Kailali, and disposed of the body inside the guest house bed. According to the preliminary investigation by SSP Ghimire, Ramesh murdered Nisha by strangling her with his own waist belt on Asar 32 after taking her to the guest house from the road in front of the Buspark. Ramesh Buda, who was working in Kaski district, was returning to his home. He got off at New Buspark in Balaju on Asar 31, heading from Pokhara to Dailekh. Nisha, whom he met on the main road in front of the Buspark, asked Ramesh, 'Are you going?' When Ramesh agreed to go to the hotel and stay together at Nisha's request, he went to the guest house with Nisha. After entering the room, Nisha said, 'You come after bathing.' When Ramesh entered the bathroom to bathe, Nisha locked the door from the outside. Ramesh told the investigating officers that she then stole 1 lakh rupees from his bag and left. He had called his family at home and told them he was coming with the money. However, he became penniless before reaching home. After the money was stolen, he called his friend Dan Bahadur Shahi. Shahi was staying in room number 404 of another hotel in the Buspark area. After having beer and food with his friend, he went out searching for Nisha in the Balaju, Machhapokhari, and Buspark areas. On Asar 32, Nisha was found in the Buspark area. Ramesh was wearing a mask, so Nisha did not recognize him. In the same way as the previous day, Ramesh asked Nisha, 'Are you going to the hotel?' Then he took Nisha to room number 404 of the hotel booked by his friend. After entering the room and removing his mask, the accused questioned Nisha about stealing his 1 lakh rupees. Nisha said, 'Oh, it's you?' Nisha tried to hit Ramesh with a beer bottle found in the room. However, Ramesh restrained her and strangled her with his waist belt. Investigating police officers say that after Nisha became unconscious, he inserted the bottle, which she had tried to attack him with, into her vagina. *Slept on the body all night* After the murder, Ramesh disposed of Nisha's body inside the bed. It was also found that he had hit Nisha's head with the bottle. There was no blood at the scene. After the murder, his friend Dan Bahadur came to the room. According to the investigating officers, Dan Bahadur did not know about the murder. After eating, Ramesh and Dan Bahadur slept on the bed where the body was disposed of all night. The next day, they left the place. On Shrawan 1, the room was rented again. The guest house customers slept on the same bed that day as well. But no one found out about the murder. On Shrawan 3, while cleaning the room, the guest house staff smelled something, became suspicious, and informed the police. SSP Ghimire informed that the accused Buda involved in the murder was arrested from near Sambala Hotel in Maharajgunj. Police have also arrested Dan Bahadur from Nepalgunj and brought him to Kathmandu for questioning. SSP Ghimire stated that based on the investigation so far, only Ramesh Buda is found to be involved in the murder.
