Koshi Province Government Pledges 3 Crore to Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund for Flood Victims

Biratnagar. The Koshi Province Government has decided to deposit 3 crore in the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund for immediate search, rescue, and relief operations in the areas affected by the severe mudslide flood in Rasuwa on Bhadra 10.

The Council of Ministers, in its meeting on Thursday, expressed deep sorrow over the significant human and physical damage caused by the flood and landslide in the lower riparian areas of the Rasuwagadhi and Bhote Koshi rivers, including Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Tanahu, and Chitwan districts, and announced the aid.
