Sunkoshi River Water Level Exceeds Alert Level in Khurkot, Sindhuli

Sindhuli. The water level in the Sunkoshi River at Khurkot, Sindhuli has exceeded the alert level. According to the Flood Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the water level crossed the alert limit at 7:02 AM today.

Due to continuous rainfall, the river's water level is continuously rising, and the division has issued a special bulletin urging residents living in the riverine areas to exercise extreme caution.
