Dr. Govinda KC Hospitalized Amidst Health Concerns During Protest

Dhangadhi. Preparations are underway to take Dr. Govinda KC, who is on a hunger strike in Dhangadhi, to the hospital after his health deteriorated. Dr. KC, who has been fasting at Krishna Mandir for three days, has seen his sugar levels drop to 50, informed his aide Dr. Amrit Jeshi. Preparations are being made to take KC to Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi. Meanwhile, locals have protested against Dr. KC's hunger strike in the premises of Krishna Mandir. They reached the protest site and chanted slogans demanding that he break his fast immediately. Dissatisfaction has arisen among locals regarding Dr. KC's hunger strike at a time when Shahid Dashrath Chand Health Sciences University is being prepared for operation. During the protest, security personnel were deployed to control the crowd. Dr. KC has started his 24th hunger strike at Dhangadhi's Krishna Mandir with various demands, including reforms in medical education and health sectors.
