Kaski Police Intensify 'Sweep Operation' to Control Crime and Traffic Violations

Pokhara. Police have intensified the 'Sweep Operation' to control potential criminal incidents, vehicle accidents, theft, robbery, and hooliganism in Kaski. A special team deployed from the District Police Office Kaski and its subordinate offices has taken action against 40 vehicles plying in violation of rules in the last 24 hours.

This campaign has been launched by the police to prevent driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (DUI) and to control the smuggling of illegal goods, thereby strengthening peace and security. A team with trained dogs from the Canine Branch of the Gandaki Province Police Office has been mobilized for this operation.
