Hamas Discusses Gaza Ceasefire Implementation and Future Management in Cairo

Kathmandu. Hamas has stated that it has formally begun discussions in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, with various Palestinian factions and mediators on the implementation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement and the future management of the Gaza Strip on Saturday.

Speaking to reporters, a Hamas spokesperson said that the main objective of the meeting is to fully implement the agreements reached in the first phase of the ceasefire. According to him, this includes ending military activities and tensions, stopping targeted attacks, opening border crossings, and allowing the national committee to enter Gaza.
