Minor Arrested After Viral Video Shows Bull Beaten and Pushed Off Cliff in Baitadi

Kathmandu. A minor has been arrested after a disturbing video showing a bull being repeatedly beaten before falling off a cliff in Baitadi went viral on social media.

The video, which has circulated widely since Tuesday, appears to show a young boy attacking a bull that was grazing in a steep forest using what appears to be a wooden stick.
