Supreme Court Refuses Interim Order in Election Commission Case

Kathmandu. The full bench of the Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order in the writ petition filed by Sher Bahadur Deuba and Purnabahadur Khadka against the Election Commission.

The full bench of Nahakul Subedi, Mahesh Sharma Paudel, and Meghraj Pokharel issued the order on Thursday. Deuba and Khadka had sought an interim order as per Section 156 of the Civil Procedure Code, 2074, by filing a petition in the court.
