Microfinance Victims Continue Hunger Strike in Maitighar Mandala

Kathmandu. Microfinance victims have continued their collective hunger strike at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu on Wednesday, raising five-point demands. The strike, which began on Tuesday under the leadership of the Struggle Committee Against Microfinance and Financial Exploitation, continued for the second day on Wednesday.

The protestors have put forward various demands to the government, calling for social justice and an end to financial exploitation. They have demanded the immediate implementation of a report with three points of disagreement from microfinance victims, in accordance with the Supreme Court's mandate.
