FSB Files Case Against Telegram Founder Pavel Durov for Aiding Terrorism

Moscow. Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has filed a case against Telegram founder Pavel Durov on charges of aiding 'terrorist activities'.
The FSB informed on Wednesday that Durov has been placed on the international wanted list.
