Youth Arrested with Ganja-Mixed Vape in Thamel

Kathmandu. Police have arrested a youth from Thamel, Kathmandu, with a vape mixed with ganja. The arrested person is 38-year-old Kabir Magar, a resident of Lalitpur Metropolitan City Ward No.-1.

Five vapes recovered from the accused on Ashadh 25 were tested and found to contain 'THC', an element found in ganja, SP Durgaraj Regmi of the Narcotics Control Bureau told Ratopati.
