Engineer Shailendra Kumar Chaudhary Accused of Illegally Amassing Wealth

Kathmandu. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case in the Special Court Kathmandu against Engineer Shailendra Kumar Chaudhary of the Road Division Office, Bhaktapur, on charges of acquiring illegal property.

Based on a complaint of acting against the dignity of his post and acquiring illegal property, the Commission investigated and found that the source of his property worth 2 crore 26 lakh 13 thousand 123 rupees and 36 paisa could not be identified, and filed a charge sheet on Wednesday.
