Government Launches National Strategy to Boost Service Exports and Reduce Trade Deficit

Kathmandu. The government has introduced the 'National Integrated Strategy for Service Trade, 2083' with the objective of promoting the country's service sector exports and reducing the widening service trade deficit.

The strategy, prepared by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, prioritizes sectors with high potential in Nepal's economy such as information technology, tourism, and hydropower.
