160 Undersecretaries to Retire This Fiscal Year Due to Age Limit

Kathmandu. 160 undersecretaries (Gazetted Second Class) level employees are going on mandatory retirement this fiscal year. The National Bookkeeping Office (Civil Service) has informed that 160 undersecretaries who have held leadership positions in various ministries, departments, and districts are going on mandatory retirement this fiscal year. Shrawankumar Pokharel, Director General of the Bookkeeping Office, informed that the undersecretaries are retiring due to the age limit.
A total of 160 undersecretaries from various 10 groups are going on mandatory retirement. According to the records of the Bookkeeping Office, 61 from Nepal Administration Service (General Administration Group), 21 from Nepal Administration Service (Accounting Group), and 21 undersecretaries from Nepal Education Service are going on mandatory retirement.
