Doctors and Government Reach 5-Point Agreement, Protests Called Off

Kathmandu. A 5-point agreement has been reached between the protesting doctors and the government. With the agreement reached on Wednesday, the doctors have withdrawn their protests.

An agreement letter was signed after discussions held on Wednesday at the Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene between the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, and officials from the Nepal Medical Association.
