PM Shah receives security briefing on Sunsari incident

Kathmandu, July 29: Prime Minister Balendra Shah has received a thorough security briefing on recent incident in Sunsari. The chiefs of security agencies apprised PM Shah of the peace and security status.

PM Shah had separate meetings with Inspector General of Nepal Police, Dan Bahadur Karki, and Inspector General of the Armed Police Force, Narayan Dutta Poudel. The PM garnered detailed information about the latest situation, security challenges and potential risks in Sunsari, according to PM’s press and research expert, Dipa Dahal.
