Director Om Prakash Discusses New Film 'Hali' and Social Issues

Kathmandu. Om Prakash is a multifaceted personality of the Nepali film sector. Active in this field for more than two decades, he is known as a skilled director, writer, and actor.

He has been making socially realistic films and challenging the prevailing evils and ugly traditions in society through films on the big screen. Previously, he gained recognition by powerfully presenting the Deuki tradition of the Far-West in 'Mohar' and the pain caused to common people by the armed conflict in 'Farki Aau', and now he has come with 'Hali'.
