Ministry of Health Proposes Four Divisions in New Structure

Kathmandu. A proposal has been made to keep only 4 divisions in the Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene. According to the proposed organizational structure, the Ministry of Health will now have only the Health, Food Hygiene and Drug Quality Regulation Division, Public Health Coordination and Information Technology Division, Administration Division, and Policy, Planning and Monitoring Division.< /p>

The Population Management Division, which was previously in place, has been abolished. Similarly, the 12th level post will also be removed. A Health Emergency and Disaster Management Unit will be established under the ministry in the new structure.< /p>
