Security Tightened in Madhesh and Koshi Provinces Amidst Rising Tensions

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has further tightened security surveillance in various districts of Madhesh Province and Koshi Province to prevent the spread of violence. The Ministry of Home Affairs has stated that monitoring through drones has been intensified, especially in sensitive areas.

The security agencies have stated that legal action will be initiated against anyone involved in spreading rumors or engaging in illegal activities that disrupt social harmony and religious tolerance, based on evidence.
