Over 650 Fugitive Offenders Apprehended in Dang During Fiscal Year 2082/83

Dang. More than 650 fugitive offenders were apprehended from Dang in the fiscal year 2082/83. A total of 679 fugitive offenders were arrested from various places in the district within a year.

According to the Chief of District Police Office and Superintendent of Police Deepak Shrestha, the offenders who were convicted by the court and absconded were arrested. He informed that the 679 arrested individuals were sentenced to a total of 246 years, three months, and 24 days of imprisonment and fined Rs 13,842,297.
