Minister Timilsina insists on initiatives from local levels to address local issues

Kathmandu, July 31: Minister for Information and Communications, Dr Bikram Timilsina, has said efforts within from the local levels are essential to address local issues effectively.

As he said, local people’s representatives and local governments are expected to be proactive to address the problems within their respective areas.
