Bagmati Province CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Leader Faces Challenge Amidst Leadership Change Game

Makwanpur. The game of leadership change within the CPN-UML Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party has reached its peak. Expressing dissatisfaction with the working style of the parliamentary party leader Jagannath Thapaliya, a majority of the lawmakers have collected signatures to elect a new leader.

According to the agreement between the CPN (Maoist Centre) and UML reached on Shrawan 9, the UML will lead the Bagmati government. With this agreement, the dispute over the parliamentary party leader within the UML intensified.
