Absconding Defendant Arrested in Fraud Case

Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Teku, has arrested an absconding defendant in a fraud case involving more than 45 million rupees.

The arrested person is Santosh Pradhan, 34, from Ward No. 1 of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality, Khotang, and currently residing in Ward No. 8 of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Kathmandu, Tej Binayak.
