Three arrested with heroin and capsules in Damak

Jhapa. Police have taken three people into custody with brown heroin and a large quantity of banned capsules from Damak, Jhapa. They were arrested on Friday afternoon from the public road section in front of Purwanchal Chowk near the sky bridge in Damak Municipality Ward No. 5, Jhapa.

A police team from the Area Police Office, Damak, took them into custody based on specific information. Those arrested include 34-year-old Buddha Rai, a resident of Tarahara, Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 2, Sunsari; 23-year-old Romy Limbu, a resident of Miklajung Rural Municipality Ward No. 2, Morang; and 22-year-old Karan Mallik, a resident of Damak Municipality Ward No. 7, Jhapa.
