Kazi Mohammed Salahuddin Re-elected SAFF President

Kathmandu. Kazi Mohammed Salahuddin has been re-elected as the President of the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF).

Salahuddin, who is also the President of the Bangladesh Football Federation, was re-elected as President from the SAFF General Assembly held today. He will lead SAFF for the next four years. Salahuddin, who has been leading SAFF, has pledged to prioritize the development of South Asian football, the expansion of international competitions, and cooperation among member nations. Under his leadership, SAFF has been regularly organizing SAFF Championship, Women's SAFF Championship, and various age-group competitions in recent years. Efforts are also being made to make South Asian football more competitive internationally. The newly elected President Salahuddin expressed his gratitude to the member nations for their trust and stated that he will work together with all member nations for the overall development of South Asian football. Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bhutan are member nations of SAFF.
