Local Youths Clear Roadside Bushes in Jhapa to Mitigate Accident Risk

Jhapa. Local youths have voluntarily joined labor to clear bushes along the roadside from Rajgadh Bazaar to Ghodamara Bazaar in Jhapa, as the spread of bushes has increased the risk of accidents. After repeatedly informing the concerned bodies without management, they have launched a campaign from Saturday to make the road safe by removing bushes and shrubs along the roadside.

Local residents, traders, teachers, students, Nepal Police, Armed Police, representatives of various social organizations, and public representatives participated in the labor campaign conducted from Rajgadh to Ghodamara Bazaar. Under the campaign, the roadside has been cleaned and organized by removing bushes, shrubs, and unnecessary grass spread along the roadside.
