The former president Sher Bahadur Deuba and leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala group, who have been rejecting a special general convention, have announced a 'National Gathering' in Kathmandu from July 15 to 17, forming an organizing committee of 551 members under the convenership of former general secretary Dr. Shashank Koirala.
