Weather update: Possibility of heavy rainfall in certain hilly areas of Gandaki, Bagmati provinces

Kathmandu, Aug 3: The ongoing monsoon season continues to impact the country, with a low-pressure system. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has indicated that widespread cloud cover will persist across the country, leading to moderate rain and snowfall in the Himalayan regions, as well as light to moderate rainfall in hilly areas and some plains.
