According to the District Police Office, Sindhuli, it has been revealed that three people including the car driver Dil Kumar Lama from Jugal Rural Municipality of Sindhupalchok district were traveling. It is understood that Lama was also a contractor in the Mulpot section under the Mid-Hill Highway of the Road Department. Sindhuli Police has stated that another person in the car was an excavator driver and one was a helper. The car, which was going from Kathmandu to Okhaldhunga, was hit by a bus with registration number Ba.Pra 08-001 Kha 0144, and the car, whose number was not identified, coming from the opposite direction, fell into the river at a place called Nawalpur in Fikkal Rural Municipality. Although the police, local representatives, and locals rushed to the scene immediately after the accident, the rescue was affected due to the flood.
