Engineers’ role crucial in country’s prosperity, infrastructure development: Minister Shrestha

Kathmandu, Aug 3: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, has asserted that country’s prosperity, infrastructure development and quality of public services depend on the role of skilled, honest and accountable engineers.

Addressing the newly-recruited engineers in government services at a programme organised here on Monday, Minister Shrestha mentioned that joining the government service is not merely the beginning of a job, but is a historic opportunity to dedicate oneself in the nation-building campaigns.
