KATHMANDU, Aug 27: The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order on a supplementary petition filed by former Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba and former acting president Purna Bahadur Khadka, seeking to halt the party’s 15th General Convention.
