Nepal welcomes 71,775 foreign tourists in July as Chinese arrivals surge

Nepal welcomed 71,775 foreign tourists in July 2026, despite it being the middle of the monsoon season. According to statistics released by the Nepal Tourism Board, the figure is 2.3 per cent higher than in July 2025, when 70,193 foreign tourists visited the country.
