AI Meets Food Delivery: Voice-Enabled Smart Helmets Transform China’s Delivery Industry

Kathmandu. Major Chinese technology companies are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence-powered smart helmets to improve the safety and efficiency of food and goods delivery services.

Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com recently unveiled an AI-enabled smart helmet for its delivery riders. The helmet features an AI voice assistant and an integrated camera capable of monitoring the rider’s surroundings, allowing users to receive navigation guidance, order updates and other instructions through voice commands without needing to look at a smartphone.
