Balaju Industrial Area Cracks Down on Continental Component Services for Contract Violations

Kathmandu. Following the directive of the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Gauri Kumari Yadav, strict enforcement of agreements within industrial areas has begun. In this regard, the Balaju Branch Office of the Industrial Area Management Limited has sent a letter requesting Continental Component Services Pvt. Ltd., accused of activities contrary to the agreement, to appear for a discussion.

The letter sent by the Balaju Branch Office to the industry raises issues of non-compliance with various terms of the agreement between the industry and the office. The office has stated that it has previously informed the industry verbally and in writing multiple times, urging it to operate the industry according to the objectives of the agreement.
