Dhangadhi. Far-Western Province Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah reshuffled the cabinet on Jestha 25 to quell the escalating dispute within his own party, Nepali Congress. He appointed three ministers and two state ministers, including disgruntled factions, to the government. At that time, Chief Minister Shah presented this as a message of unity within the party.
