Maoist General Secretary Biplav Proposes New Communist Center

Kathmandu. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Netra Bikram Chand Biplav has proposed to form a new communist center. Addressing a press conference in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Biplav said that the movement should be broadened by forming a new communist center.

“We have a proposal for the communist movement. Let’s form a new communist center. The communist movement needs to be reorganized in a broad way. But there must be a new perspective. Looking at the communist leaders for two decades, 70 percent of the people have shrunk. They are not even excited,” he said.
