Parliamentary Committee Seeks Clarification from International Organizations on Judicial Interference

Kathmandu. The Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee under the House of Representatives has directed the government to seek clarification from three international organizations that questioned Nepal's judiciary and judges.

The committee meeting held at Singhdarbar on Wednesday discussed the issue of three international organizations issuing a statement to pressure three Supreme Court judges to resign, and directed the Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security to seek clarification from these organizations.
