Ambassador of Israel to Nepal and Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City Hold Discussion

Pokhara. A meeting was held between the Ambassador of Israel to Nepal, Smulik Ari Bass, and the Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City, Dhanraj Acharya. The Mayor's secretariat informed that discussions were held on the relationship between Nepal and Israel and issues of common interest between Pokhara and Israel.

Mayor Acharya urged the Ambassador to cooperate with Israel for the enhancement of the efficiency and capability of the metropolitan city's employees and technical manpower. 'If cooperation can be expanded in the fields of modern agricultural technology, skill development, employment, and technical knowledge transfer, then not only Pokhara but the entire Nepal will benefit,' he said.
