Part 1: Introduction – A Tale of Two Eras

I recently visited KMC Hospital in Sinamangal to see a neuro doctor. The doctor advised an MRI. A machine that makes strange, loud noises. It also took longer than I expected. Who am I now? I'm not asking a philosophical question. I am a representative of the 'Gen X' generation, the generation between 'Baby Boomers' and 'Millennials'. For me, science is the only medium that enables me to communicate with today's Gen Z generation.
