Nepal Proposes Resumption of Sentence Remission After Regal Case

Kathmandu. A proposal has been made to resume sentence remission, which was halted after the Yograj Dhakal 'Regal' case in Banke.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has submitted a proposal to the Council of Ministers to amend the Sentence Remission Rules 2076.
