Nepali Congress Faction Forms 32 Subcommittees for National Gathering

Kathmandu. The dissenting faction within the Nepali Congress has formed 32 subcommittees and selected coordinators to prepare for the 'National Gathering' to be held in Kathmandu from July 29 to 31. The group, which has formed a 551-member 'National Gathering Main Organizing Committee' under the convenership of Dr. Shashank Koirala to make the gathering organized and successful, has formed 32 subcommittees under that committee.

Information was provided by Min Bahadur Bishwakarma, coordinator of the publicity committee, that 32 subcommittees and their coordinators have been appointed by distributing various responsibilities under the main organizing committee. According to the public list, influential leaders have been made coordinators of the subcommittees for everything from policy proposals to management.
