Fish Fry Production Exceeds Four Crores in One Year

Janakpurdham. The Fisheries Human Resource Development and Technology Testing Center in Janakpur has produced four crore 3.8 million fries in one year.

According to the center's chief Gyan Bahadur Jirel, in the financial year 2082-83, the center produced and distributed four crore 3.8 million hatchlings, 3.2 million fry, 1.382 million fingerlings, and 2,053 kg of edible fish. Revenue from the sale of fries amounted to Rs 3,435,536.
