Mechi Customs Office Exceeds Revenue Target in FY 2082/83

Jhapa. Mechi Customs Office, whose revenue target is continuously on the rise, has collected 93.30 percent of its target in the fiscal year 2082/83. In the last four fiscal years, the office's target achievement rate has increased from 70.21 percent to 93.30 percent.

According to the office, a revenue collection target of Rs 18.88 billion 77 million 48 thousand 300 was set for the fiscal year 2082/83. Revenue of Rs 17.67 billion 72 million 11 thousand has been collected during that period. Compared to the previous fiscal year, revenue collection has increased by approximately Rs 1.74 billion 60 million.
