Division Forest Office Dhanusha Plants 66.5 Hectares in FY 2082/83

Janakpurdham. Division Forest Office Dhanusha has planted trees in 66.5 hectares of area under the green promotion in the financial year 2082/83. According to Office Chief Binod Singh, last financial year, through the sapling production and tree planting program, significant contribution has been made to green expansion, environmental conservation, and biodiversity conservation.

In that process, 12 thousand bamboo saplings have been planted in the local Kalikhola, Dudhpani, and Sunberi community forest areas, while five hundred fruit saplings along with eight thousand saplings have been planted in the Keshar Damar Community Forest.
