Gagan Thapa Warns Against Casual Approach to Constitution Amendment

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has stated that Congress will not allow the current government and the ruling party RSP to take a casual approach to constitution amendment.

Addressing a conference of the party-affiliated Indigenous Nationalities Federation on Friday, President Thapa said this. He also expressed concern that if the current government's casual understanding of constitution amendment persists, the country could face the danger of falling into conflict.
