Kathmandu. Chief Whip of the Nepali Communist Party, Yuvraj Dulal, has questioned the government's effectiveness on nationalism, development, and recent human disaster incidents. Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting, he urged the government to be serious about issues ranging from the expression of the Mayor of Kathmandu to the obstruction of the Arniko Highway.
MP Dulal objected to Prime Minister Balen Shah's statement that Nepal has also encroached upon India's land. He termed it anti-national and said that such controversial remarks should not remain in the national record. 'We are ready to shed blood for the nation, but such anti-national expressions cannot be kept in the record,' he said. Dulal demanded that the Prime Minister clarify this in the parliament or that the Speaker make a ruling to remove the statement from the record.
