Nepal Medical Association Condemns Attack on Healthcare Workers at Palata Hospital

Kathmandu. The Nepal Medical Association has expressed serious objection to the incident of assault and abuse against doctors and health workers working at Palata Hospital in Kalikot. The association has strongly condemned the incident by issuing a press release today.

On Friday, a group attacked and assaulted and abused Dr. Ali Haider Rain and other health workers who were providing services at the hospital. The association has mentioned that such indecent and condemnable act against health workers deployed in a sensitive area like a hospital has terrorized the entire health sector.
