Nepal Netrajyoti Sangh to Receive WHO Public Health Champion Award

Kathmandu. The World Health Organization (WHO) Southeast Asia Regional Office is to present the Nepal Netrajyoti Sangh with the 'Southeast Asia Regional 'Public Health Champion' Award in the public health category.

The award is being presented to the Sangh for its five-decade contribution to blindness prevention in Nepal. The WHO Southeast Asia Regional Office stated in a press release issued today that the award will be presented in the upcoming Ashwin.
